Not Sure How DTF Printing Works Or How To Press Your Design? Don't Worry—We've Got Answers For You!

Q1. What is DTF printing and how does it work?

A: DTF (Direct to Film) is a method where designs are printed onto film, powdered, and heat-pressed onto garments.

Q2. What are the benefits of DTF printing?

A: It supports full-color designs, works on cotton and polyester, and is ideal for small batches.

Q3. Is DTF printing durable?

A: Yes, with proper application, DTF prints are stretch-resistant and long-lasting even after multiple washes.

Q4. What materials can DTF be applied to?

A: Cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and more—as long as they can withstand heat.

Q5. Do you print custom designs or only pre-made ones?

A: We print custom designs that you upload. You can also choose from our template collection if available.

Q1. What file format should I upload?

A: High-resolution PNG (300 DPI) with transparent background is best. We also accept SVG and PSD.

Q2. Can I upload a design with a background?

A: You can, but for best results, remove the background or request our team to do it.

Q3. Is there a minimum size for my design?

A: Yes, your design should be at least 1000px on its shortest side for print clarity.

Q4. Do you check my file before printing?

A: We do a basic quality check. If there's an issue, we'll contact you before printing.

Q5. Do you offer help with resizing or editing files?

A: Yes, we provide optional design editing services for a small fee.

Q1. How long does production take?

A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Q2. Can I place a rush order?

A: Yes, expedited production and shipping are available at checkout.

Q3. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

A: Definitely! Contact us for special pricing on bulk or reseller orders.

Q4. Can I reorder the same design later?

A: Yes, we keep your designs on file for easy reorders (up to 60 days).

Q1. What temperature and time should I use?

A: Recommended: 310°F (155°C), press for 10 seconds, instant peel (cold or hot).

Q2. Should I peel hot or cold?

A: Most DTF transfers are cold peel—wait 15–20 seconds before removing the film.

Q3. Can I wash the garment immediately after pressing?

A: Wait at least 24 hours before washing to ensure strong adhesion.

Q4. What pressure level is ideal?

A: Medium to firm pressure ensures the best transfer result.

Q5. My print is peeling off. What went wrong?

A: Check your heat press temperature, pressure, and peel timing. Repressing may help.
